Is it really a one-off payment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You pay once for the one event and that's the end of it. There is no subscription, no renewal and no card stored for later. The price covers your wedding website through to the end of your album window.

Question 2

Can I start free and upgrade later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Build everything on the free plan first. If you hit a limit (more than 30 RSVPs, more than 20 photos, or you want the seating plan, guestbook or music requests), upgrade from your dashboard. Your website, RSVPs and photos all carry over.

Question 3

What does an upgrade cost?

Accepted Answer

Upgrading from one paid plan to a higher one charges only the difference between the two prices. Upgrading a live free event to a paid plan charges the full price of the plan you choose. Either way the checkout shows the exact amount before you confirm.

Question 4

What happens when the album window ends?

Accepted Answer

The album window is the period your photos stay live after the album opens. When it closes, the photos are permanently deleted; your dashboard shows the exact date, and you can download photos one at a time from the gallery before then. RSVP replies are kept for 90 days after the wedding date, and the event itself, with everything else in it, for a year after the wedding date. You can delete the whole event sooner from your dashboard.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices are the full amount you pay; there is no VAT added at checkout. Checkout is handled by Stripe and shows the amount before you confirm anything.

Which plan should I pick?

Plus (£35.00). It covers a typical wedding: guest-list RSVP, the seating plan builder, music requests, the guestbook and per-course catering totals. Complete exists for larger weddings that need more photos, more RSVPs and a longer album window.

What is Set up for you?

If you'd rather not build the site yourself, we do it for you for £149.00, which includes the Complete plan. You create your event and pay from your dashboard, we email you a short list of what to send, and we build the website, RSVP with menus and guest list from your answers, at your pace. We adjust each part until you're happy, then a short handover so you can change anything yourself. We take a small number of these each month.

What does the free plan leave out?

The free plan is a full wedding website with open RSVP and a photo album, limited to 30 RSVPs, 20 photos and a 7-day album window, with a small 'Made with Ode' bar on the page. It doesn't include the guestbook, co-organisers, a custom palette, the seating plan, music requests or the catering PDF. For a small wedding it's often all you need.
