Ode Business for venues
Every couple who books with you gets Ode as part of the pack: a wedding website they build themselves, with RSVPs, seating plan, guestbook and every other Complete-plan feature, and your directions and offers on the page if you want them there. Add the album when you choose and charge for it as you like. Nothing for you to run.
What the couple gets
Ode is a UK wedding website builder. The couple builds a page for their day and shares one link; guests open it in their browser, with no app and no accounts, to RSVP, find the venue, see the running order and add photos to a shared album. On Ode Business every couple gets our full product, the Complete plan, on your subscription.

Every couple who books with you can have a wedding website on Ode with every feature of our Complete plan: schedule, travel, guest-list RSVP with menus, seating plan, gift registry, guestbook and, if you add one, a shared photo album their guests fill. You create the event and invite them; whether and how they use it is up to them.
Optionally, build a template once with your directions and parking, the room-booking discount, places to stay nearby, your recommended suppliers and the running order that works in your rooms. New events can start from it, so your details are on the couple's page before they type a word. Or skip it: a blank event works just as well.
Once the couple is invited, the site is theirs: their replies and meal choices, their seating plan, their guestbook. Your team can open any event on the account if a couple asks for a hand, but nothing needs you, and a couple who would rather not use it simply doesn't.
Add an album whenever you like and charge for it however you like: included in the pack, an upgrade on the day-rate card, or a gift at the tasting. Or add none and let couples buy their own on their event. What each size costs you, against what the couple would pay us for it, is in the table under the plans.
With a template, a venue section with your photos, your details and your accommodation offer is on the couple's site from the start. Every guest opens it to RSVP, which means every guest sees where the wedding is and what you offer, months before the day.
Events are unlimited and cost nothing from your allowance. You only draw from the photo pool when you add an album, and a wedding booked for 2028 costs nothing until then.
If you ever stop, every album you have added runs its full course and every website stays up. A live wedding page is never taken down over billing.

The album, by the numbers
Every couple gets the website with every Complete-plan feature whatever you do about the album; bought direct, that site with a 1,000-photo album is our £65.00 plan. The album is the only thing that costs you anything, and this is what it costs against what the couple pays us for the same album if you leave it to them.

What you charge is yours to decide, and nothing on the couple’s page shows what an album cost you. The last column is what the couple sees if they buy it themselves, so anything under it is a better deal for them than buying direct, and anything over the first columns is yours. Fold it into the package, list it as an extra, or leave it to them.
The pool columns are a share of a subscription, so they hold when the pool gets used. Top-ups are bought 300 photos at a time and never expire, so the first album on Essential is a £9.00 purchase with the rest kept in reserve. Growing an album later costs only the difference.
