What's included

Built in an evening

Pick the wedding template or a blank page, then enter both names, the date and your web address. That gives you a draft to build on, and you choose a theme and a type style in Design; nothing is visible to guests until you press Publish.

Edit beside a live view

The studio shows your actual page. Click a section to edit it beside a live view of it, and every change saves as you go. Once the page is Live, edits are visible to guests immediately.

Themes and colourways

23 themes that set the layout, type and movement of the page, each with colourways chosen to suit it, and three of them free. Classic also takes any of six palettes and five fonts, or your own colours on a paid plan.

Hero, countdown, schedule, venue, RSVP, photo album, seating plan, guestbook, music requests, info cards, FAQs, text and gift registry. Add the ones you want, hide or reorder the rest.

UK-based

Pricing in pounds. Built by a UK company, for UK couples. British spelling, UK wedding traditions, and an event timezone so deadlines and countdowns land on the right day.

How the builder works

Answer two questions

Template or blank page. Then both names, the date and your web address. The wizard creates a draft.

Build in the studio

Edit the sections the template gave you, add more from the catalogue below, reorder or hide them, and choose a theme in Design. Changes save as you go.

Publish and share

Press Publish, pick a plan, and the page goes live. Share the link or the QR code from the Share panel.

Every section you can add

The wedding template starts you with the hero, countdown, story, schedule, album, venue, FAQ and RSVP. Add the rest from the section library, up to 25 sections in total. Sections marked with a plan are visible in the library on every plan but only unlock on that plan and above.

Hero

Your names, the date and a cover image, with buttons that jump to the RSVP or the schedule.

Countdown

A live count to the day in your event timezone, in one of four styles.

Schedule

The running order: a time, a title and an optional note for each moment, up to 30 items. Use a second one for the day before or the day after.

Venue & directions

up to 3

Venue name, address, map link and up to six info cards for parking, the nearest station or taxis.

RSVP

up to 4

Open RSVP on every plan; guest-list RSVP on Plus. Meal choices, plus-ones, a deadline. Up to two of each mode, for example one for the day and one for the evening.

Photo album

Guests upload from their camera roll; every photo is screened and, if you ask, waits for your approval. Opens on the wedding day.

Seating plan

Guests search their name to find their table, or browse the full list. Fed by the seating planner in the studio.

Guestbook

Messages from guests' phones, named or anonymous, shown on the page in one of four styles or kept for you alone.

Gift registry

List the gifts you'd like with links. Guests claim them, by name or anonymously, so nothing is bought twice. 10 items free, 20 on Starter and Plus, 50 on Complete.

Every section can be hidden with its eye icon without deleting it, and you can give each one its own background from the palette. Which plan has what is on the pricing page.

Inside the studio

The studio shows your page as guests will see it. Click a section to edit its content, move it up, down or straight to anywhere on the page, hide it with the eye icon. Every change saves automatically, and once the page is Live the change is on the guest side straight away. There is no separate draft of the content; if you want to take the whole page offline, switch it back to Draft.

Design lives in one panel: the theme and its colourway, or on Classic the palette, the font and the accent. Settings holds the event date, time and timezone, the password, guest uploads and the album dates. No design skills are needed; the template starts from wedding-appropriate typography and spacing, and switching theme or colourway keeps that polish.

A theme decides how the whole page looks: the layout, the type, the way sections move as guests scroll, and a few colourways chosen to suit it. Sign up free and the wizard asks two things: the wedding template or a blank page, then both names, the date and the web address you want. That creates a draft in the studio, where you edit each section beside a live view of it and choose a theme and a type style in Design. When you're happy, press Publish and choose a plan (free is one of the options). Only then is the page visible to guests.

Yes. The free plan includes the whole builder, RSVPs with meal choices for up to 30 replies and a 20-photo album, with no card needed. What the free plan covers

The wizard takes a couple of minutes and the template already includes the countdown, story, schedule, album, venue, FAQ and RSVP sections with placeholder text. Replacing that with your own details is an evening's work. You can keep editing after the page is live.

No. Your wedding website lives at an ode.events address that you choose in the wizard, and that address is fixed once the event is created, so it is safe to print. Custom domains aren't offered.

Yes. Set a password in Settings and guests are asked for it once before they can see the page or the album. Changing the password logs every guest out. Without a password, anyone with the link can open the page.

Everything is on one page and one link: RSVPs with meal choices, a shared photo album your guests upload to, a seating plan guests can search, a digital guestbook, music requests and a gift registry. No add-ons, no extra subscriptions, no vendor marketplace trying to sell you other wedding services. Priced in pounds, paid once, free to start.

The page stays up for a year after your wedding date, then it is deleted along with the guestbook, music requests, seating plan and registry. Photos go sooner, when the album window closes (7 to 180 days depending on plan), and RSVP replies 90 days after the wedding. There is no export, so download the photos you want from the studio and copy out anything else before those dates.
