Ode Business for planners
Each couple you plan for gets Ode as part of your fee: a wedding website they build themselves, with guest-list RSVP, seating plan, budget and task list, and an album you can include, sell on or leave to them. One subscription, unlimited clients.
What the couple gets
Ode is a UK wedding website builder. The couple builds a page for their day and shares one link; guests open it in their browser, with no app and no accounts, to RSVP, find the venue, see the running order and add photos to a shared album. On Ode Business every couple gets our full product, the Complete plan, on your subscription.
On the guests’ link
In the couple’s studio
Each couple you take on gets a wedding website on Ode as part of your fee, with every feature of our Complete plan. Create the event, invite them, and it is theirs to build. However many clients you have, the price is the same.
Optionally, build a template with a section about you, the suppliers you trust and anything else every couple should start with. New events can start from it, so your name and your recommendations are on the page from day one. A blank event works just as well.
Alongside the website the couple gets guest-list RSVP with menus, a seating plan with PDFs for the venue and kitchen, a budget with supplier payment schedules and a task list by stage. All theirs to use as much or as little as they like.
Invite the couple on day one and the site is theirs: their replies, their seating, their pace. Your team can open any event on the account if a couple asks for a hand, but nothing needs you, and a couple who would rather not use it simply doesn't.
Add an album and put it in your fee, or on the extras list at the price a couple would pay us direct. Or leave it and let couples buy their own; you are never charged for that. What each size costs you, against what the couple would pay us for it, is in the table under the plans.
Essential is one login; Pro has three seats and Max as many as you like, for an assistant or an associate planner. Events are unlimited on every plan; the only thing metered is the photo album, and only when you add one.
Plans
They differ only on the album pool and the team; any business can pick any plan. Trusted across 100+ events.
Essential
£9.99a month
or £99.00 a year, 2 months free
The website, on one login. Albums are bought by the couple, or by you at 3p a photo to sell on.
Pro
£49.00a month
or £490.00 a year, 2 months free
Adds a monthly pool of photos, enough for ten Standard albums, and a small team.
Max
£99.00a month
or £990.00 a year, 2 months free
The biggest pool and as many seats as you need, for a business that adds a lot of albums.
The album, by the numbers
Every couple gets the website with every Complete-plan feature whatever you do about the album; bought direct, that site with a 1,000-photo album is our £65.00 plan. The album is the only thing that costs you anything, and this is what it costs against what the couple pays us for the same album if you leave it to them.
| Album | Costs you on Essential top-ups at 3p a photo | Share of the pool on Pro £49.00 for 3,000 a month | Share of the pool on Max £99.00 for 10,000 a month | The couple pays us for it, if you don’t add it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Small 150 photos, open for 30 days | £4.50 | £2.45 | £1.49 | Not sold direct: a pool-only size |
| Standard 300 photos, open for 3 months | £9.00 | £4.90 | £2.97 | £35.00 |
| Large 1,000 photos, open for 6 months | £30.00 | £16.33 | £9.90 | £65.00 |
What you charge is yours to decide, and nothing on the couple’s page shows what an album cost you. The last column is what the couple sees if they buy it themselves, so anything under it is a better deal for them than buying direct, and anything over the first columns is yours. Fold it into the package, list it as an extra, or leave it to them.
The pool columns are a share of a subscription, so they hold when the pool gets used. Top-ups are bought 300 photos at a time and never expire, so the first album on Essential is a £9.00 purchase with the rest kept in reserve. Growing an album later costs only the difference.
